Amenities:

Trails

• ATV and Snowmobile trails will be built over much of the ranch to be used for hunters and riders for game viewing.  These trails will be a tremendous asset for fighting wild fires. (Common Easements)
• Quiet trails will be built for hiker, mountain bikers and  horse riders on the ranch.  They will lead to game feeders, scenic areas and view points. (Common Easements)

Fishing

• 25+ Fishing Lakes stocked with hard fighting rainbow trout.
• 1 mile of the Wild and Scenic Canones Creek

Equestrian Sites

• Equestrian/Recreation Arena Site (actual construction of this amenity to be determined by the HOA)

Golf

• Totem’s “Extreme” Golf Course nestled in the pristine foothills of the Mundy Ranch on the sunniest side of Chama! 4 holes are completed to date with holes 5-9 scheduled to complete by 2012.  If Association/Club desires, it may add another 9 holes which are currently designed. Synthetic turf covers the tee boxes, greens, driving range set-up and chipping practice area. Portions of the fairways are mowed, but there are plenty of intense obstacles and plenty of hiking to keep your golf game “Extreme”!

Wildlife Program:
With limited hunting on the ranch, your family will have more opportunities to enjoy wildlife-associated recreation on the Mundy Ranch. Experience the majestic Rocky Mountain Elk and mighty Mule Deer (our Mighty Mulies!) at home in your back yard. 

Lodge bungalows:
Alpine retreats tucked away on the ranch for owners and their guests to enjoy. The bungalows will be completely furnished and will accommodate from couples on a romantic get-a-way to family reunions.
